Nella vecchia fattoria/ In the old farm….

;-)

Pagnoettella created a monster….since I read on her blog the receipt for meatball urchin shape (you can find it here), I have converted in animals everything destined to my plate.
If Fab whenever seats down to eat , has the impression that he has to eat a zoo,it’s because of Pagnottella ;-)

Mamme e figlie/ moms and daughters

Come presenza dolce e senza mai esser invadenti….

Today is the first day of summer but also my mom’s birthday and I cannot write a better post than one containing these pictures taken in last weekend in my house….in our house…. In Lecce…where there are our things, our animals.
My mom and me have a common predilection for these little tanks, which wander in our garden…quiet and silent…last proof of prehistory….because turtles are last prehistoric living animals.
This post is pertinent… because it is about mothers… human mothers who loves their daughters, who see them always as children, who take care of them in each phase of their life…
And “turtles mother” that in spring lay eggs, choosing the most sun-dried corner of garden,…. excavated a big hole in the ground by posterior legs where eggs could slide… and then they hide everything….
In September, with the first spring rains eggs will hatch and little animals will come out….covered in mud...which learn, step by step, to face the life
Happy bday mom… and thanks for the gift of life

Interrogativi cosmici /Cosmic questions

Why does a woman go into a shop for a red dress and leave with black shoes and black trousers?

E poi in serata siamo andati a Genzano all’infiorata.

Lucy is a woman with skirt… a free and independent heart who doesn’t want chains by men.
Lucy, my schoolmate, came to Rome to visit me. She wanted to take a break from her man and her work…
We spent a week-end laughing…. Laughing like children …. For little things…. For stupid stuffs ….
She talks about men…. Pulling them leg… she was born free and has not yet met the man who can manage her life
Sometimes, for a man she spills a tear… then she wipe away it…. She shrugs her shoulders and says laughing
- I couldn’t care less… because tomorrow I become lesbian –
We walked round Rome, like two tourists in a torrid day of June. On the night we went to Genzano for the festival of flowers.
We spent a wonderful week-end and today when she got into her car to go back Lecce, we were both moved

Tutto a mia insaputa!

This week-end Fab and me celebrated 1 year of story together. He booked a suite in Catelluccia Castle, near Rome, to celebrate our anniversary. I didn’t know anything.
I came back from Lecce, a long journey by car lasted 7 hours with friends of my family. When I arrived in Rome, I was catapulted in another car for another trip. I had no time to take a shower in my house. I feel myself swollen, dirty, stinking.
In front of the castle I noted that someone were celebrating a marriage…. I was surrounded by elegant people, wonderful and perfect. I was always that stinking gnome.
When we were alone in the suite I bursted into tears
Fab said me – What’s happening? –
Me- Nothing…. I feel myself terrible, like a monster –
He – Why this reaction? I just wanted to give you a surprise…. I wanted you feel yourself like a princess –
Me in tears - I’m not a princess… I’m a PrinciPeppa –
- I could not know it… the next time I can book a motel –
On Sunday we were in Bomarzo, the park of monsters and in Civita of Bagnoregio. You can find some pictures.

Sintra

When I was baby… and someone told me tells about princesses, gnomes, and princes charming …..well I imaged the castle as the Castle of Pena in Sintra, very near Lisbona…
If you want to come back baby… don’t miss it!
